Personally, I have been married for 10 years to my high school sweetheart & amazing husband, Morgan. While originally both from eastern PA, we now call Pittsburgh home - where we live in a beautifully refurbished 100 year old home (a true labor of love!) with our spoiled cat, Nike. I love Jesus, quality time with my family and friends, travelling and exploring the beautiful world God created, sharing a bottle of red wine over a delicious meal, hosting dinners, parties, and small groups in our home, making homemade pizza with Morgan, reading a good book & highlighting every page, practicing yoga, watching The Office, and singing along to my favorite music – even if Morgan does like to remind me that I can’t really carry a tune, ha.

Professionally, before working with the CCO, I began my career with the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation, a faith-based nonprofit devoted to equipping leaders in the workplace with a biblical worldview and empowering them to view their workplace as their ministry.

Next, after earning my Masters of Organizational Leadership from Geneva College, a prominent Christian school, I launched Blossom & Flourish: Growing Girls to Greatness, a program dedicated to providing leadership training & confidence building workshops & curriculum for middle school and high school girls. With both faith-based and secular programs available, Blossom & Flourish has provided training for over 500 young women throughout western PA since 2011.

I also have my B.A. in Communications and Business from the University of Pittsburgh where I was a member of the Varsity softball team, and, thanks to an athlete’s ministry on campus, first truly began to understand what it meant to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
